Top quality.
Mitchell is a professional and not only great at installing a floor but a good communicator.

From the start of the process expect a quick response with a site inspection and quote.

Mitchell really thinks about the job and considers options and alternatives, what will work and what will not he also considers many of the small details in the job, so there are no surprises or variations.

As for the installation Mitchell was on time, on budget, and the job is total quality. We were kept in the loop the entire job, there were no variations to what was quoted, however he did advise us of a couple of things during the installation that could have been a problem so again there was no surprises.

The end result all went to plan, and it looks so great! Mitch takes a lot of pride in his work and guarantees it! He is also ready to follow up if necessary for any additional small variations or adjustments like in the kitchen where I wanted to move a bench.

I guess when you install a floor it is a big cost and it is easy to get it done and never hear from the floorer again, but it is the back up and support you get from Get Level Flooring that stands apart. If you damage a board you can call Get Level Flooring and they will support you with the trivial jobs on the back of the big jobs and that makes all the difference.

Thanks Mitch.
Cheers Chris

Mitch and his team were awesome. He was quick to respond, provided great advice/choices and co-ordinated with the other tradies/suppliers helping with our installation of floating floors within a shipping container build. Planning to have him return soon to sand and polish the floors within our house.

Mitchell was so professional when I reached out for help on my timber flooring. From sanding and sealing, to floor polishing he was efficient and made the whole process easy. I recommend Get Leveled Flooring for all flooring services around the Hamilton area!
