Most homeowners focus on the floor they can see. After fifteen years on the tools, I look at what's underneath it: moisture, cracks, flatness, contamination, movement, old adhesive, transitions and the installation method. If those aren't checked, a premium product will still fail. I've pulled up two-year-old floors to prove it.
People aren't actually frightened of flooring. They're frightened of managing four trades through a house they're still living in. So we handle the whole process. You deal with one business the whole way, and you don't have to hunt down a demo crew, a concreter, a floor layer and a sander and hope they turn up in the right order.
Getting your floors replaced is disruptive enough. Our job is to make it easier, and to build something that lasts 20 years, not 20 months.
