We plan to your schedule, sequence around the other trades and turn up when we said we would. Single mobilisation wherever the job allows.
Preparation
Moisture, flatness, cracks and contamination checked before we price. Grinding and levelling to the manufacturer's tolerance, not by eye.
Documentation
Readings recorded, scope in writing, variations with a reason and a number. No mobilisation without a signed scope.
Defect reduction
Most floor defects start in the substrate. Catching them at prep is cheaper than a call-back at practical completion.
